Nintendo continued to reveal details about Xenoblade Chronicles 3, revealing Millick Meadows and Eagus Wilderness, two of the game’s key regions.
Millick Meadows
Millick Meadows has a river running through it that passes across the wide meadows. Despite the rich surroundings and fauna, players must be wary of monsters that “do not take kindly to passers-by.” Even plants may be dangerous.
Eagus Wilderness
Nintendo said that the Eagus Wilderness is a location where you could get sand in your shoes. “A recognizable landmark when dodging these desert’s sandstorms,” according to the teaser, with a “huge mechanical finger” especially mentioned.
The futures of Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be brought together in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Director Tetsuya Takahashi has previously said that the game includes a shattered Mechonis great sword and the torso of the Urayan Titan with a large gaping hole. Both of these characters appear in the first and second Xenoblade games, respectively. The complete text of Takahashi’s message may be seen here.
