More information about Xenoblade Chronicles 3, including character profiles and a significant component of the game’s plot got revealed.

About Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Time is one of the factors that fans have predicted would play a significant impact. That, as it turns out, is right. The product description for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on GameStop states that the Aionios troops have “just a meager 10 years to live and battle.”

In a warring society with a terrible secret, live to fight and fight to live. For the troops of Aionios, who have just 10 years to live and battle, every second matters. Join Noah and Mio, citizens of the two opposing countries at the core of the war, on a moving quest to break the cycle of bloodshed. A group of six characters from both countries band together to alert Aionios’ colonies to the underlying peril that both countries face. As you uncover the actual villain pulling the strings behind the battles, traverse enormous, imaginative sci-fi environments.

Character profiles

In other news, Nintendo’s Japanese website got a new page this week. We do receive official character profiles for Ethel, Isurd, Cammuravi, Guernica Vandham, the Giant Creature, Riku, and Manana, albeit it goes over a lot of what we’ve previously seen and heard. Their Japanese voice actors have been added to the cast.

Ethel (voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki) is the head of military affairs of the Keves nation’s Colony 4. Rapiers are dual-wielded.

Isurd (voiced by Tomoaki Maeno) is the head of military affairs for the Agnus nation’s Colony Lambda. He used to be Taion’s employer, but now he’s pursuing Taion and his companions for vengeance.

Cammuravi (voiced by Taiten Kusunoki) is the head of military affairs of the Agnus nation’s Colony Delta. She has a fiery spear that she wields for a long time.

Guernica Vandham (voiced by Tessho Genda) is a mystery figure who emerged on the battlefield before Noa and his six comrades.

N/A (voiced by Giant Creature) A massive foe materialized out of nowhere in front of Noah, Mio, and the others. Noah and his companions were devastated by this overpowering force.

Riku (voiced by Sayaka Senbongi) is a Keves army Nopon who assists Noah and his companions. He is in charge of the army’s mechanics.

Manana (Aya Suzaki) is a Nopon from the Agnus army who assists Noah and his companions. Cooking is her responsibility, and she enjoys eating.

ESRB, the game is rated T

Players accompany combatants during a struggle between two countries in this role-playing game. Players accomplish objectives and fight foes in melee combat from a third-person viewpoint (e.g., animals, creatures, human boss characters). Impact noises, explosions, and screams of suffering distinguish combat. Further acts of violence are shown in cutscenes, including people impaled by swords, a woman shooting herself off screen, and a guy stabbing himself off screen. A few moments include blood (for example, drops falling off a wounded individual; blood drips on a character’s face). Some fantasy people and animals have exposed armor and/or anatomy (e.g., deep cleavage, partially exposed breasts). In the discourse, the words “sh*t,” “ar*ehole,” and “b*tch” occur.

On July 29, 2022, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be released on Nintendo Switch.
