Banjo-Kazooie is noted to be coming, but not to what you expect. Gematsu, a Japanese gaming news site, shared an image showing the Japanese website for Nintendo which lists Banjo-Kazooie and Blast Corps as games that are headed to the virtual consoleā¦on the Wii U?
According to the @Nintendo's JPN release schedule, Banjo-Kazooie and Blast Corps are launching on the… Wii U Virtual Console? today in Japan. Links lead to 404s.

But … why?
Now this is bizarre for several reason but the main one being that the games would be headed to Nintendoās console from the previous generation. It would be strange for them to not head to Nintendo Switch instead.
The links to the gameās listings also lead to 404 error pages. So itās most likely an error or outdated plan. It might have been plans for the games to come the Wii U years before the Nintendo Switch came out but they just never happened.
If that mean that the games may head to the Nintendo Switch as an alternative in the future, well we simply do not know. Would be cool titles to see coming to Nintendo Switch Online … butĀ … we have no announcement of Nintendo 64 titles or other systems at this point. But who knows really. Maybe Mumbo can work some magic to make it happen.
