The Nintendo Wii U recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, and in celebration of the event, NPD data was provided that shows the system’s top ten best-selling titles of all time in the United States. These games were chosen based on how well they sold in the United States.

It seems like Nintendo has a clean sweep on their hands, since the corporation has taken up all of the spots.
The ultimate winner was Super Smash Bros. on the Wii U. New intellectual property released during this generation, Splatoon, made it into the top five games of the generation. Even though it was one of the final games released on the system and all attention was being focused on Switch, Zelda: Breath of the Wild was still able to make it into the list. This is something that should be noted.
