Hunters

Hunters to be reckoned with flock to the Outer Rim, and the two new recruits are no exception. Meet Skora, your go-to source for contraband pharmaceuticals and combat enhancements. Sprocket, who can reconfigure a robot quicker than you can say “ingenious,” is also invited. Prepare to welcome them to the Arena in the near future.

Skora is a mysterious character.

Skora is an expert in the field of chemistry. Now, since chemistry is such a large topic, let’s split it down a bit. Skora used her ingenuity to create stims for friends and poisons for opponents. Skora’s demeanor might be off-putting to certain people since you never know what she thinks of you. It’s a hint that she’s planning a joke if she’s cackling. She’s the type of filth and villainy you want on your side.

Skora uses her dart cannon to fire stims at her teammates to heal them automatically. When she throws poison darts at her foes, the darts do the reverse of healing.

Skora may also toss an Ult, a big canister, into the heart of a fight, creating a pool that heals friends while injuring opponents.

What is Sprocket’s name?

Sprocket is a technological prodigy and a smart child. With his quick brain, quick reflexes, and superior technology, he more than makes up for his lack of muscle. He’s also a huge fan of Hunters of the Outer Rim, and his youthful enthusiasm can make even the most jaded audience members smile. His weapons and super-advanced droids are unrivaled.

Sprocket may send out a medical droid that cures his teammates over time.

He also deploys a turret that fires at surrounding adversaries, inflicting damage. In general, if you’re on the other side and see Sprocket launch anything, you should flee.

Hunters who are brand new

The Outer Rim draws people from all walks of life. The slicers, the chemists, and the criminals. Join forces with these two new Hunters to set the Arena ablaze with frantic action. Skora and Sprocket are here to have a good time… and win.

Huttball

Huttball, the galaxy’s favorite sport, has made an appearance in Star Wars: Hunters, and this Squad-vs-Squad contest takes collaboration to new heights. What exactly is Huttball? Here’s a brief summary of what’s going on.

Huttball was formerly a rough, full-contact sport that was adored by spectators for its speed and ferocity. The game has, in principle, gotten safer for its participants as a result of the introduction of sports safety standards, although it definitely doesn’t seem that way from the stands!

Huttball sets two teams against one another in a no-holds-barred battle for control of the ball and a goal against the other team. Both sides battle to capture possession of the huttball, which is deployed in the middle of the contest.

The Hunter who gets the huttball first may either run it towards the goal line or transfer it to a teammate, and then score by throwing or carrying it into the opponent scoring zone. The match is won by the first team to reach the maximum score, or the team with the highest score when the timer runs out.

When the game is over, one side will wallow in the glory and riches of victory, while the other will shamble away in defeat, puzzled as to what went wrong.

We’re looking forward to gamers getting a chance to test Huttball during the soft launch.

Maps have been updated.

Beware of the legendary Gorax! Star Wars: Hunters is getting four new maps. You’ll be battling under the shadow of a Krayt Dragon skull in one. Another will transport you to the sand dunes of a high-octane Huttball Arena. What about the other two new maps? Take a look and see what you can find out.

The Big Hunt

This map’s goal is obvious from the title: it’s a hunt! In search of the famous Gorax, lead a huge harpoon across Tatooine to the woods of Endor. You’re probably wondering why the harpoon and what a Gorax is right now. In actuality, you should be asking yourself whether you’ll be guarding or pursuing the legendary beast.

Dusty Ridge is a place in the United States that is

Many great Star Wars scenes have one simple feature in common: sand. Get down to business in this new Tatooine-based Huttball map, where there’s enough of sand to go around. In one of Vespaara’s original Huttball Arenas, jump down into the dunes and conquer your opponents.

Gauntlet

It’s both enjoyable and hazardous at the same time. The Gauntlet is a Huttball map riddled with traps and hazards (ranging from fire to lightning) that must be avoided in order for your team to score. Even if you are burnt, surviving the Gauntlet will make you feel like a treasured gladiator.

Highline

They’re quick, dangerous, and ideal for an Arena brimming with battle-hungry Hunters. In this Huttball map, have fun exploring and riding the center zipline. Please hold on!

Following a prior delay, Star Wars Hunters will be released on Nintendo Switch later in 2022.
