Nintendo’s labor complaint statement

Nintendo’s labor complaint statement

An unknown employee filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board against Nintendo of America and Aston Carter, a corporation that Nintendo hires contractors via.

In response to the lawsuit news, a Nintendo spokesperson has published a comment;

“A contractor who was previously dismissed for the exposure of secret information and for no other reason,” Nintendo argues. The corporation also claims that it is “not aware of any efforts to unionize or associated activities” and that it “intends to assist with the NLRB’s inquiry.”

We are aware of the allegation, which was brought with the National Labor Relations Board by a contractor who was fired for no other reason than disclosing proprietary information. Nintendo is unaware of any efforts to form a union or any similar activities and wants to cooperate with the NLRB’s inquiry.

Nintendo is dedicated to creating a friendly and supportive work environment for all of its employees and contractors. We take employment issues extremely seriously.
