The “Awakening” update for Astroneer has just been released, and it is available to play right now on Nintendo Switch.
The latest update, which is being billed as the climax of the game’s story, gives players the opportunity to participate in “an important mission by a mysterious new figure that will lead them to the core of the Sylva System itself.”

Take note that this is the conclusion that may currently be reached with Astroneer’s tale. Despite this, the team is continuing to design material that is driven by gameplay. Even though we don’t know any specifics about it just yet, we should be able to see it at some point throughout this year.

During the Intergalactic Age of Discovery, which takes place in the 25th century, the story of Astroneer takes place.
