Publisher Bandai Namco and developer HYDE revealed new gameplay video for Digimon Survive at Rulicon 2022 in Korea.
The new clip depicts a small portion from the game’s plot, with the main character Takuma Momozuka’s Agumon facing a Dokugumon, before concluding with a classic sight of Agumon digivolving into Greymon to deal with the danger.
About Digimon Survive
This is a survival narrative set in a weird new universe.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Digimon anime, Digimon Survive introduces a brand-new adventure set in a mystery universe, with characters created by Uichi Ukumo and music by the legendary Tomoki Miyoshi.
In Digimon Survive, a fresh group of students, lead by Takuma Momozuka, go lost on a school camping trip and are sent to a bizarre new world filled with monsters and peril.
Players’ actions throughout the game will influence the growth of their monster buddies and the eventual conclusion as they fight their way back home through an animated world of challenging decisions and deadly fights. The game’s battles are fought in 2D, in a more traditional SRPG format.
