The announcement that Mortal Kombat 11 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch was a big surprise for a lot of us as the franchise skipped Nintendo system for some time.

Mortal Kombat 11 is set to launch on 23rd April in North America and in the UK digitally on the same date (the physical version will come 10th May)

The file-size for the Nintendo Switch version has been revealed and it is rather large. You will need 22.53GB spare space on your SD Card. The base game is apparently 6.537GB with the rest being a download.
Does this mean you can not play it without the additional download at all or? Either way its a massive game when it comes to filesize.
This kinda makes us believe they did not optimise textures for the Nintendo Switch. Which could be a pain when it comes to making the game run decent. Let’s hope we are wrong here.
