Apple lijkt de rechten te hebben verworven om geanimeerde shows te produceren op basis van de Crash Bandicoot-franchise en Spyro the Dragon voor hun streamingdienst, Apple TV+.
Activison Blizzard bezit beide franchises en beide series hebben hun originele games geremasterd met Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy en Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
Spyro was eerder te zien op de bekroonde Skylanders Academy van Netflix. De nieuwe show, gebaseerd op Spyro the Dragon, is getiteld Spyro the Dragon’s Guide to Treasure Hunting. De Crash Bandicoot-show voor Apple TV+ heet The Adventures of Crash Bandicoot.

Reports of layoffs at Toys For Bob are incorrect, There has not been a reduction in personnel recently at the studio. The development team is operating fully and has a number of full-time job openings at this time.
The studio is excited to continue supporting Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, and more recently provide additional development support to Call of Duty: Warzone.
